All products sold on this website are botanical specimens intended for research, collection, natural dyeing, soap making, incense, ornamental cultivation, and educational purposes only. No products are sold for human consumption. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that these products are not intended for ingestion, inhalation, or any form of human consumption.
3. Legal Compliance
It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of botanical products in your jurisdiction. Beach City Botanical makes no representations regarding the legality of any product in any specific jurisdiction.
4. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
5. Payment
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Cash App (USD) only. Bitcoin payments are final and irreversible by nature. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Prices are listed in USD; Bitcoin amounts are calculated at the time of invoice creation using live exchange rates.
6. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued in the same currency or cryptocurrency used for payment.
7. Shipping
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail (flat $10 fee). Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the case of a shipping error on our part (incorrect item sent), we will correct the error at our expense. No refund will be issued if tracking shows a successful delivery.

All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the fitness of any product for any particular purpose. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
